  1.The applications of the steel light pole are street,garden, square and all kinds of outdoor field.2.Our street light poles mainly use Q235 steel material to produce,client can also choose Q355 steel material,if need. All the steel material are from big and famous steel factory,good raw material can ensure the strength of each light pole.3.The steel light pole's height can from 2.5m-40m.Pole thickness are from 2.75mm to 12mm;Flange,light pole arm and pole's diameter will be designed  accordingly.4.The steel light pole's shape can be round,conical,octagonal and irregular as client's request.5.We have very professional worker to do pole welding,they all have welding certificate,all poles accessories can be welded good.  Main pole are welded by welding equipment,using advanced submerge-arc welding technology according to BS EN15614.6.After welding,our steel light poles will be polished very well.5.The surface treatment of the steel light pole can be hop dip galvanized or powder coated.Galanization standard is 80-100 microns in average according to BS EN ISO 1461.If powder coated surface treatment,client's can choose color from Ral color chart.6.About the steel light pole packing:to protect the light pole surface well,all the poles will be double wrapped,first wrapped by bubble plastic paper,second by cloth.7.We have good experience in loading steel light poles in containers.

It is widely used in ports, expressways, city squares, multi-storey interchanges, gymnasium lights and other outdoor large area lighting, the general pole height is 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m and 45m.High mast lighting have features such as large lighting area, good lighting effect, centralized light source, uniform illumination, small glare, easy to control and maintain. High mast lighting are widely used in city square, vehicle and ship wharf, park, stadium, overpass, etc. Usually high mast pole is made of high-quality steel plate, which is molded into conical and multi pyramid plug-in steel pole, and hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending, automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m , 35m and 40m, the maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters / second. The frame of lamp panel is made of high quality stainless steel. The fasteners, bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel. We offer from 400w to 1000w sodium lamp or 200w-500w LED flood light to meet the illumination demand of high mast lighting . We use safety lifting system in side of high mast, it is easy to maintain all the lamps . The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
