The classification of high mast pole light:
*Generally can be divided into lifting type and non lifting type.
The lifting type main rod height is generally more than 18 meters,the electric lifting operation is convenient.
*Lift type high mast lighting with two types of manual and electric lift control mode,
the lamp can safely down to 2.5 meters from the ground, convenient maintenance.
Manual remote control device lead line length of 10 meters, operators at 5 meters remote control lamp plate lifting,
so as to ensure the operator's personal safety.
*Seal level lift type high mast light for all IP65 international standards, to prevent dust and rainwater immersion,
ensure the service life of the bulb.
The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending,
automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m and 35, the maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters / second.
2. In the functional framework, but also to decorative materials mainly to steel, steel pipe, lamp post, lamp plate are hot dip galvanizing.
3. Electric lifting system consists of electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable and so on.
The inside of the lamp post is mounted with a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate does not move transversely
during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.
5. lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, 400 W, 1000 W, metal halide (white light), light and floodlight.

the underground foundation is equipped with 1 1 meter long grounding wires and is welded with the underground bolt.
